Job summary

SNDL, one of Canada’s leading cannabis companies, is hiring a Keyholder / Shift Lead at Value Buds Maple Mews in Burlington. You’ll greet customers, provide product education, operate the POS, and support daily store operations.

Keyholder / Shift Lead – Cannabis Retail

As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
