Job summary

Leap Recruitment Partners seeks a Bilingual Order Fulfillment Coordinator for a hybrid role in Scarborough, ON. The position is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity with in-office training for the first month, followed by hybrid work two days per week.

You will manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain data accuracy in our order management system (JD Edwards). The role requires 5 years of customer service or inside sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Five years of customer service or equivalent inside sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with an enterprise resource planning system, preferably JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Bilingual Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Role type: Temporary to Permanent opportunity (Will be hired after 6 months)

Hybrid position - two times a week in office - first 1 month will be in office for training purposes. After that it is goes hybrid.

Job Role:

You are responsible for managing customer contacts and ensuring optimal support for all accounts within your territory. You will act as a liaison between the company's internal departments and the customer base to centralize all communication and information flow and to ensure our customer’s needs are met.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage the intake and precise execution of electronic and telephone orders from both internal and external clients via the automated order entry platform.
  • Oversee and track customer logistics and shipments comprehensively utilizing the JDE1 system.
  • Maintain accurate and current data within customer master files in JDE1 to seamlessly fulfill specific service parameters.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries regarding product stock, pricing structures, and order progression.
  • Coordinate with clients to refine demand forecasting and secure timely order placements that adhere to established Lead Time protocols.
  • Develop enduring professional partnerships by building strong, meaningful relationships with key client representatives.
  • Liaise closely with internal business units (including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Credit, and the Sales Order Management Team) to pre-emptively resolve account challenges and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Address unforeseen service disruptions proactively, applying industry insights and diagnostic skills to protect the client experience.
  • Support corporate profitability by mastering sales stipulations (taxes, margins, volume, and delivery terms) and executing requests within company policies.
  • Assist in discovering and executing process optimization strategies to meet or exceed operational performance metrics.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and training to steadily enhance personal skills and operational knowledge.
  • Execute supplementary duties and special assignments as directed.
  • 5 years customer service or equal inside sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
