Job summary

TPS Promotions & Incentives in Markham, ON is seeking a Production Coordinator to process drop-ship and special orders and support Account Managers in handling client requests.

You will perform detailed order entry, confirm orders with clients, and coordinate with suppliers for POs, proofs, and artwork. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed order entry and prepare sales confirmations for clients.
• Coordinate with clients to record and resolve order changes or issues.
• Prepare and email supplier POs and artwork confirmations.
• Follow up with suppliers for proofs and pre-production samples for client approval.
• Create packing slips and confirm ship dates with suppliers.
• Review shipping records for freight, duties, and brokerage charges.
• Prepare sales orders for Account Manager approval prior to invoicing.
• Prepare and submit client reports as required.
• Coordinate inbound freight and import duties as needed for orders.
• Coordinate quality assurance inspections and lab testing as required.
• Assist with Receptionist coverage during lunch hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
