What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Use persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits of our financial solutions, handle objections, and pre‑close deals efficiently.
  • Keep customers engaged throughout the sales cycle by creating urgency, reinforcing value, and proactively following up to secure commitments.
  • Conduct outbound calls to develop new accounts (warm leads, no cold calling).
  • Qualify customers, verify employment & credit status.
  • Listen and identify the customer’s needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
  • Collect, organize, and deliver all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre‑approval process.
  • Actively listen to customers and drive satisfaction through solution‑based relationships.
  • Acquire product line knowledge on all of Spring Financials’ programs and educate clients on the best use of such programs.
What You Should Already Have:
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset.
  • Prior call center experience a plus, but not required.
  • Results‑oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates.
  • A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.

Compensation:

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:

  • Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
  • Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 6–8 months, though some have reached it in as little as 3–4 months).
Projected Yearly Earnings:
  • Level 1: $52,500 – $65,000.
  • Level 2: $67,500 – $90,000.
