A marine industry leader in Halifax is seeking Junior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to contribute to the development of logistics strategies for Canada’s naval fleet. Fleetway is hiring Junior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to help shape the future of Canada’s naval fleet. This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or data analysis and want to build hands‑on experience in the marine industry.
As a Junior ILS Analyst, you’ll support the development of maintenance strategies and sparing solutions—helping ensure the right parts are available at the right time. You’ll work alongside experienced engineering and logistics teams, analyze data, forecast demand, and contribute to life‑cycle support planning for complex marine systems.
Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you’ll help perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities. You’ll also assist in preparing high‑quality ILS data for subcontractors, management, and customers, and support quality assurance efforts across ILS deliverables.
