The role:
Saltworks is seeking a Junior Electrical Project Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, plant builds, or commissioning. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll lead the electrical scope of projects from initial design through to commissioning. With full responsibility for planning, budgeting, and execution, this hands‑on role is an opportunity to grow into a project leader while making a real difference in advancing sustainable technologies.

Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year (negotiable based on your experience, qualifications, and internal equity).
