Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements definition, and RFP development for a virtual delivery studio and connected classroom technology solution.
• Coordinate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as project coordinator, managing timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Support development of RFP documentation (scope, evaluation criteria, vendor approach).
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with standards.
• Review design plans and provide input on AV / classroom technology requirements.
• Conduct research on comparable virtual learning and AV delivery models.
• Ensure requirements traceability through solution design, procurement, and implementation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts (support, training, sustainment).

# IT Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a high-impact virtual learning initiative for a post-secondary environment. This role will lead discovery, requirements definition, and RFP development for a virtual delivery studio and connected classroom technology solution.This position requires a strong hybrid skillset across project coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, as there is no dedicated Project Manager assigned.
