Position Summary

The AV Project Coordinator will be responsible for helping plan, coordinate, and execute audio-visual and unified communications initiatives across a diverse portfolio of public-sector facilities.   • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and project tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid ability to travel between multiple GTA sites as required
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar collaboration platforms
