Pay range: $56,000 to $70,000

Your Daily Role
  • Produce and submit reports and analyses to validate the inventory and any discrepancies that may occur, with their justifications.
  • Responsible for performance indicators related to inventory, service level and productivity.
  • Perform weekly/daily verification of inventory levels and look for potential deviations from the system.
  • Seize improvement opportunities (existing tools, processes, tools to be developed etc.) aimed at increasing the level of service, individual and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure the quality of the parameters in the system in connection with inventory management.
  • Support the manager and the team in the accomplishment of all other related tasks.
  • Participates with the logistics team to solve the challenges and find opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your Profile
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline - or equivalent knowledge and/or experience;
  • Knowledge transportation and warehousing industry standards is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal/listening skills in order to interact with a diverse workforce & internal teams;
  • Focused on customer service and results with the ability to work under pressure by doing multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Good knowledge of the Google Suite is an asset;
  • WMS and TMS experience is an asset;
  • Innovative, resourceful with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Committed to personal development;
  • Ability to meet physical demands of working in a freezer environment;
  • Ability to navigate a great deal of urgency while maintaining a positive team environment
