Job summary

ABL Employment.com is hiring an Inventory Clerk for a full-time day shift with a Woodbridge, ON location. You will record inventory transactions using our management software, label and store goods, and support cycle counts.

The role requires at least 2 years in inventory control, strong data entry and Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A dependable team player who can work independently is welcome.

Join a leading Canadian manufacturer of advanced fiberglass rebar!

We are currently hiring an Inventory Clerk for a full-time day shift position with a growing Canadian company specializing in the manufacturing of advanced fiberglass rebar.

Shift: Monday to Friday
Flexible Time: 8:00 AM/ 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM/ 5:00 PM

Location: Woodbridge, ON (Steeles/Islington)

Pay: $22-$3-/h based on experience

Responsibilities

• Accurately record inventory transactions using inventory management software.
• Organize, label, and store inventory and warehouse materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• Ensure proper labeling and traceability of inventory items.
• Verify incoming, outgoing, and transferred inventory.
• Work closely with the warehouse, production, shipping, and purchasing teams.
• Support inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
