Job summary

Graybar Canada is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator at the Vaughan, ON branch. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting cycle counts, and coordinating with purchasing, receiving, AP and warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Sx Enterprise, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and forklift experience. Graybar Canada offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a long-standing wholesale distributor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sx Enterprise computer system.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Forklift experience and OP experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of inventory balances.
• Review and process cycle count entries.
• Perform physical cycle count variance checks and investigate transactions.
• Assist purchasing, receiving and A/P teams with resolving vendor nonconformances and receiving discrepancies.
• Work with warehouse to review and process all open transfers.
• Collaborate with other branches to investigate and clear transfer exceptions.
• Provide expediting backup.
• Coordinate bin verifications, consolidations and updates.

Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Summary:

This role will assist with maintaining inventories to meet customer requirements; to strive to manage the inventory investment according to Company guidelines.

Major Responsibilities:
