Role Description / Key Responsibilities

This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting strategic initiatives to improve overall inventory health. The primary focus of the role will be assisting with the inventory rationalization process, including verifying inactive materials, identifying duplicate items, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure proper categorization and disposition.

Additional responsibilities include performing basic data analysis, preparing reports to support decision-making, and contributing to process improvements within the Materials Management group. Travel to Northern Saskatchewan and Ontario sites will be required to support inventory reviews and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
