A dynamic recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Interim HR & Onboarding Administrator to join their busy People team in Manchester. This temporary role involves coordinating all aspects of onboarding for new employees and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong HR administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working is offered, with a salary of up to £28,000 pro-rata.

Qualifications

  • Experience within HR, onboarding, or payroll.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Confident with data-heavy tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding journey and issue paperwork.
  • Maintain HR systems with accurate employee data.
  • Produce key HR documents such as contracts.
  • Act as main contact for new starters.
  • Support recruitment activity and manage interview logistics.
  • Ensure HR processes align with legislation.
  • Assist with payroll tasks and provide information.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries.
