A leading telecommunications company seeks an Outbound Business Sales Consultant to assist Small-Medium Business clients in upgrading their wireless services. The role involves engaging clients through calls, consulting on existing packages, and upselling additional services. Successful candidates will enjoy flexible scheduling with a base pay plus commission, earning between $61K and $121K CAD annually based on performance.
Experience & Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
Paid training : Get fully certified before you start.
Flexible remote work : Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
