Job summary

Sager Electronics, a North American distributor of Interconnect, Power and Electromechanical components, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Woodbridge, Ontario team. You will manage quotes, process orders, and proactively inform clients about shipments, contributing to a stable, collaborative organization.

The role requires at least two years in distribution, sales, or customer service, with strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships using product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Respond to inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, delivery, and order status.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Management to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and profit targets.
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally and collaboratively.
