Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with shipping/receiving, and maintaining product knowledge to offer proactive sourcing and solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education from an Electrical related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales (Electrical industry preferred).
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and receive/generate orders efficiently.
• Provide courteous, prompt service with regard to product availability and pricing.
• Enter customer orders into the business system and provide accurate quotations.
