Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• Estimating experience.
• 3+ years in Inside Sales or Project Management.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue & margin goals.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards and related business systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete understanding of assigned product applications and interact with architects and engineers.
• Provide sales support for Regional and National Accounts.
• Assist in marketing and submittal pieces and segment-specific strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships; optimize resource use with customers.
• Source new sales opportunities from various channels and manage leads.
• Perform outbound calls and emails to targeted customers and follow up on quotes and bids.
• Ensure on-time delivery by liaising with production and engineering.
