Job summary

Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to service customer requirements, answer questions, and drive business with proactive calls.

This role acts as a liaison between customers and Gerrie Electric, handling quotes, pricing, and order entry. Based in Ontario, you will build strong relationships with repeat customers, manage multiple priorities, and support Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education from an Electrical related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Gerrie Electric; promote and drive business.
• Enter orders, provide quotations, pricing and availability information.
• Expedite orders and back orders; support Account Managers as needed.
• Grow and maintain relationships with customers, including repeat business.
