What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present using B2B and B2C skills
- Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Deliver expert customer experiences while promoting additional products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of proven hard sales experience with quotas and commission
- Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, and negotiation techniques
- High school diploma or GED

- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
