What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and utilize B2B and B2C skills
  3. Build client relationships and find innovative ways to retain customers
  4. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases accurately
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Minimum of 1 year of proven hard sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
  2. Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing techniques
  3. Open availability for work shifts
  4. High school diploma or GED
  5. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home

  3. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
