What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentations
- Build client relationships and develop strategies to retain customers
- Track and document information in databases accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of proven hard sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
- Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, and negotiation techniques
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office environment
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
