Job description

Advance global health by connecting clinical researchers with proven software and services.

DFnet, a mission-driven clinical research company, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support growth across our software and service lines. We provide expert clinical data management services and trusted EDC solutions to clients working in global health, biotech, and rare disease.

As the first point of contact for many prospects, youll help identify leads, drive engagement, and build meaningful connections across the clinical research industry. You'll work alongside the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strong follow-through and a consistent voice across outreach efforts.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct research using tools like Zymewire and ZoomInfo to identify new prospects
  • Qualify leads, schedule product demos, and book meetings for senior sales staff
  • Manage a steady pipeline of 1020 contacts and 510 meetings per week
  • Nurture prospects through follow-ups and CRM tracking (HubSpot)
  • Support outreach campaigns, conference lead follow-up, and targeted marketing efforts
  • Understand and clearly communicate the value of DFnet's services and software
  • Assist in preparing client-facing content and responding to inbound inquiries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts

What You'll Bring

Required :

  • 12 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or clinical research)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, virtual meetings, and CRM tools (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Preferred :

  • Bachelors degree in business, communications, life sciences, or healthcare
  • Familiarity with clinical research, CROs, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with software tools like DFdiscover, or similar EDC systems
  • Prior work experience in SaaS, tech, or service-oriented environments

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have a secure home workspace and high-speed internet access. Occasional travel to conferences or team events may be required.

Compensation : Base salary depends on experience and location. Additional opportunities may include bonuses based on performance.
