Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in North Bay, ON to directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and maintain high levels of customer service.

The role requires two years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication and time management, and proficiency with computers; AS400 experience is a plus in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Two years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Be computer literate.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.
• Team player.

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.

• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
