Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. in Sault Ste Marie, ON, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and help drive sales growth in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.

The role requires at least two years of inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking and time management, and knowledge of the electrical industry. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is an advantage.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding e-commerce.

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative based in Sault Ste Marie, ON your essential duties will be to:

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 45000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
