Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Calgary, AB to directly service customers via phone and email, process orders, inquiries and quotations, and deliver consistently high levels of customer service.

You will confirm stock availability, suggest alternatives, make follow-up calls on quotations, and conduct outbound calls to expand the business, supported by knowledge of the electrical distribution market.

Qualifications

• Two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Computer literate.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is an advantage.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
