Job summary

Rexel Canada in Mount Pearl, NL seeks an Inside Sales Representative to directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and maintain high service levels.

You will confirm stock, suggest alternatives, and perform outbound calls to expand business while assisting customers with e-commerce inquiries. The role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication in a dynamic electrical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Be computer literate.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.
• Team Player.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to become an integral part of our Mount Pearl, NL location.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your principal responsibilities will be to:
