Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. in Markham, ON is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to directly service customers by phone and email, process orders, and support quotations.

You will confirm stock, suggest alternatives, and make outbound calls to grow business, leveraging two years of inside sales experience in the electrical industry. Collaborative team player with strong product knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years inside sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.

• Product knowledge of the electrical business.
• 1-5 years at an electrical distributor experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four (4) outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.

As an Inside Sales Representative based in Markham, ON, your essential duties will be to:

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
