Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in North Bay, ON. You will directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and support e-commerce inquiries to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and computer literacy, plus electrical product knowledge. Knowledge of AS400 is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Be computer literate.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email daily.
• Process orders, inquiries and quotations daily.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding e-commerce.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
