Job summary

Jennmar Canada is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position handles incoming phone calls, processes orders, and assists outside salesmen. The role requires prompt, accurate customer inquiries handling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will use ERP systems and CRM tools, enter sales orders, track status, and coordinate with shipping and purchasing. A bilingual English/French skill set is preferred, with a strong customer-centric attitude

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience
• Bilingual and fluent in English and French
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred
• Manufacturing/Industrial Background, A Plus
• Expediting, Order Entry, and Purchasing Experience, A Plus

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and phone calls; assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back-order management.
• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Enter sales orders and applicable production data.
• Confirms processing costs and processing orders.
• Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.
• Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders
