Mobile Wellness Solutions - Inside Sales Representative

Basic Purpose:

  • This position supports sales efforts for Mobile Wellness Solutions, Inc., focusing on services and product lines from an inside sales role.
  • Utilizes available tools and resources to acquire new business, maintaining records of customer interactions and activities.
  • Listens to customer concerns and assists in implementing solutions, following company and departmental procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Consistently achieve and exceed sales call and revenue targets.
  2. Respond to client needs, providing ongoing customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  3. Meet or exceed customer expectations and follow up to ensure all needs are satisfied.
  4. Develop personal organizational techniques to meet both company and client needs.
  5. Complete administrative and record-keeping tasks accurately and timely, including maintaining activity logs and filling out forms as per procedures.
  6. Respond professionally and promptly to client and management requests.
  7. Manage client communication using media marketing tools.
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
  9. Adapt and learn in a fast-changing professional environment.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and financial and operational analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales success in an inside sales role, with CRM experience preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Sitting and standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25 lbs.
