Mobile Wellness Solutions - Inside Sales Representative
Basic Purpose:
- This position supports sales efforts for Mobile Wellness Solutions, Inc., focusing on services and product lines from an inside sales role.
- Utilizes available tools and resources to acquire new business, maintaining records of customer interactions and activities.
- Listens to customer concerns and assists in implementing solutions, following company and departmental procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales call and revenue targets.
- Respond to client needs, providing ongoing customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations and follow up to ensure all needs are satisfied.
- Develop personal organizational techniques to meet both company and client needs.
- Complete administrative and record-keeping tasks accurately and timely, including maintaining activity logs and filling out forms as per procedures.
- Respond professionally and promptly to client and management requests.
- Manage client communication using media marketing tools.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
- Adapt and learn in a fast-changing professional environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and financial and operational analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales success in an inside sales role, with CRM experience preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Sitting and standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25 lbs.
