Randstad Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville location. You will bridge client requests with the technical execution of projects, handling price inquiries, quotes, orders, and ongoing client relationships in a fast-paced, B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service or inside sales (industrial sector experience is an asset).
• Mathematical logic: Comfortable with basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to price inquiries and prepare detailed quotes via email and phone.
• Conduct rigorous follow-ups on submitted quotes to close sales.
• Process and enter orders into the internal computer system.
• Maintain trusting relationships with a diverse clientele (construction, food industry, manufacturing).
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform follow-up calls to inactive clients (approximately 10-15% of the time).
