Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for SIMTAB Neos to support the growth of our industrial operations. You will assist the outside sales team, manage inquiries and orders, and promote value-added solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service, strong computer skills with MS Office and AS/400, and bilingual French/English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Comfortable using computers and common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, AS/400).
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with figures.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance to customers by phone, at the service counter, or via email.
• Work closely with our outside sales representatives.
• Process customer orders and manage incoming orders.
• Respond to, enter, process, and follow up on customer requests.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Promote value-added products and services.
• Keep customers informed about product information, availability, and delivery status.
• Perform any other duties related to the position.
