Pacific Coast Fruit Products Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Support specialist to ensure seamless order execution and excellent customer experience.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Production, Logistics, and Quality Control to deliver accurate orders from entry to shipping. You will support a diverse customer base, from large strategic accounts to smaller clients, and respond promptly to inquiries by phone and email while maintaining precise records and providing timely

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support or related roles (food, beverage, or manufacturing sector preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in order processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring pricing, specifications, and delivery details are correct.
• Monitor the status of orders from entry through shipping, providing timely updates to customers and colleagues.
• Track shipping schedules and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Directly manage a portfolio of local and emerging customers and partner with Account Managers to manage day-to-day order execution.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email.
