Job summary

PRIDE Seeds is seeking a focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Canada. The role ensures high service levels for dealers, handling orders, invoicing, and coordination of shipments across designated geographies, while maintaining customer files and databases.

The position reports to the PRIDE Seeds Sales Support Supervisor & Staff Accountant and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma preferred; experience in customer service support or sales support.
• Bilingual French and English preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and invoice orders.
• Review product availability for orders.
• Review and approve order status prior to shipping with production.
• Coordinate account reconciliation information and data entry for zones.
• Set up order systems with new prices and programs.
• Communicate shipping information to dealers and direct customers.
• Maintain dealer and direct customer files.
• Assist in payables by matching carrier invoices to trip sheets.
