Job summary

triOS Education Group in Canada is seeking an on-site Technical Support Analyst to assist users with computer-related difficulties. You will reference guides and manuals to research and implement solutions, and provide training and sound customer service to end-users.

The role involves supervising other technical support staff, contributing to application and software redesigns, and ensuring proper setup of equipment and networks in an on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience with user support and troubleshooting is an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
