NIYA FREIGHT & LOGISTICS seeks an IT-focused professional to support information systems development within a hybrid in-person/remote work model. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring technical security across the IT landscape.

Experience documenting technical requirements to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
Experience designing information systems and software solutions.

Responsibilities

Confer with clients to identify requirements.
Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements.
Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions.
Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware.
Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
Usability testing.
Operate testing equipment to ensure product quality.
Collect data to identify areas for improvement within an IT infrastructure.
