Job summary

Graham is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Industrial Division. The role reports to the Project Manager and is essential for coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and QA/QC throughout pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+.

Responsibilities include updating schedules, budgets, and ensuring safety and quality compliance with the Project Specific Safety Plan and Quality Plan.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in a general contracting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software; strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities: update schedules, budgets, and monitor labour, material, and equipment.
• Manage documentation: drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, QA/QC and safety records.
• Support meetings & reporting: attend project meetings, record minutes, track actions, and provide progress reports.
