Graham Contracting, Ltd. is recruiting a Project Director to support the Buildings Division in Ontario.

You will lead complex ICI projects from inception to handover, reporting to the District Manager and building strong client and partner relationships across Eastern Canada. The role requires 18+ years of direct construction PM experience, expertise in construction methods, various contract types (CCDC2, CCDC5, CCDC30), and strong budgeting/scheduling skills, with a focus on safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business required.
• 18+ years of direct construction project management experience in buildings sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Projects – Deliver ICI projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage Contracts & Budgets – Oversee resources, costs, and contract compliance.
• Build Stakeholder Relationships – Foster partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Guide Project Teams – Set performance metrics, oversight, and operational excellence.
• Drive Growth – Represent Graham externally and pursue new business opportunities.
