Qualifications

• Experience in debt consolidation, credit/collections or sales preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills for client interactions.
• Fact gathering and documentation of client financials.

Responsibilities

• Talk with clients by phone or in person to understand needs.
• Assess financial position and debt obligations via interviews.
• Present programs to help clients reduce debt and take action.
• Evaluate income, assets and expenses to craft plans.
• Guide budgeting and financial education for clients.
