BDO Canada is seeking an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions Income team in an in-office capacity. The role focuses on drafting client documents, entering data into internal systems, and supporting the debt solutions group with cross‑functional tasks.

The candidate should be organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling communications with clients in both official languages.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
• Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Ability to support high‑level management demands with strong attention to detail.
• Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients.
• Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database.
• Other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization.
• Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings.
