Job summary

venturetechsolutions is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to handle inbound calls and guide clients toward debt relief solutions. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, financial assessment, and helping families plan repayment strategies.

The position offers paid training, a path to higher compensation, and an in-house development track. It is an on-site role located in Toronto, with bilingual language preference noted but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in debt collections, financial counselling, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls and in-person interactions to assess financial position and debt obligations.
• Interview clients, review bills and payment schedules to determine suitable financial plans.
• Educate clients on budgeting, debt consolidation options, and available repayment plans.
• Promote a financial program to help clients reduce unsecured debt and work toward goals.

Location: On-Site / 505 consumers Road Toronto North York, ON M2J 4Z2, Canada

Schedule: Mostly during the week with some weekend requirements (Saturday)

Consumer credit counselling services are designed to help consumers develop effective strategies for paying off credit card debt. Non-profit credit counselling is not adebt solutionin and of itself. Instead, it’s a service that helps you identify the best solution to use based on your goals, debts, credit, and budget.

Proficient in English is a must. Bilingual preferred, not necessary. (Spanish or French)

Our Inside Sales Account Executive help customers in budgeting, managing their finances, and eliminating unsecured debt.

Inside Sales Account Executive General Description:

• A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people over the phone, or in person, and helping them make an impactful decision for themselves, and/or family.
• The Inside Sales Account Executivedetermines financial position, goals, and debt obligations by interviewing clients, examining bills and payment schedules.
• Inside Sales Account Executives help inspire potential clients take action with a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.
• The Inside Sales Account Executive uses financial resources by examining income, assets and expenses.
• Develop a financial plan for the client where necessary by reducing high-interest debt.

Inside Sales Account Executive Qualifications:

• Previous experience in debt consolidation, credit and/or collections, financial planning and sales preferred - not required.Customer Service skills are a must!
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively (orally and in written form).
• Fact gathering skills.
• Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines/goals.
• Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve.
• Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred, not necessary.

Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from inside sales / call centre environments. An added plus for a Financial Counsellor would be to come from the Mortgage or Collections industry.

We provide an in-house training program and certification. No experience necessary.
