Job description

We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider with a focus on the financial sector that primarily serves insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs.
We're on the lookout for a fantastic Inbound Customer Service Representative who will love speaking with people over the telephone and providing financial solutions to their queries to join us. You don't have to have call centre experience; we know that customer service experience comes from a variety of industries; what you will have is a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.

The job you will be doing:
  1. Answering inbound calls from callers.
  2. Ensuring a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
  3. Educating customers on the products and services on offer.
  4. Engaging with customers across a range of communication channels.
  5. Applying your own judgement to appropriately address and resolve customer queries.
  6. Listening to customers' personal circumstances to understand their requirements and provide personalised solutions.
Skills & Attributes
  1. You’ll be friendly and have excellent communication skills. Our customers are used to our warm and welcoming service, so it’s important to be able to build rapport and relationships.
  2. Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine interest in customers & their needs.
  3. Driving enthusiasm within a team.
  4. You’ll be contributing towards a controlled and secure branch with responsibility for ensuring errors are kept to a minimum, especially when dealing with customers, so it’s important to be attentive to detail.
