Summer Customer Service Representative

Apply now for the Summer Customer Service Representative position. This is a part-time, remote retail role located in St. Thomas, Ontario, with a posted application deadline of August 15, 2025.

Salary / Pay: $20.36/hour

Job Posting Description:

At LCBO, we embody the right spirit! We are seeking outgoing individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences at our retail locations throughout Ontario. The role runs from May 5th to September 1st, 2025, and offers an opportunity to learn about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits through paid online training.

About the Role:

1. Serve customers using our POS/Cash system promptly and courteously.
2. Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
3. Participate in customer experience and postal code survey campaigns.
4. Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
5. Perform physical tasks including lifting cases up to 40 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

About You:

1. Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
2. Eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit).
3. At least 18 years old.
4. Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.
5. Willing to undergo a criminal background check at your own expense.

Required Availability:

1. Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
2. Saturdays and Sundays (full day shifts of 4-8 hours)

Long Weekend Availability:

• Victoria Day
• Canada Day
• Civic Holiday
• Labour Day

Additional Availability:

• Weekday shifts (Monday-Thursday) based on store needs.
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance; shifts may be available on short notice.
