What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide and maintain a high standard of care and support to all customers, vendors, guests, and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via telephone, email, and live chat
- Process customer orders and manage inquiries regarding sales orders and fulfillment
- Maintain a digital file system for customer correspondence related to sales orders
- Collaborate with CSR Lead mentors on sales order and invoice scenarios
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of general customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing skills of 40-50 words per minute
- Ability to handle a variety of customer scenarios tactfully and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus
- A helpful, pleasant, and positive attitude in all communication platforms
