What You Need To Succeed:

  • A passion for helping people
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, friendly via email and phone
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges
  • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma, post-secondary education, or equivalent work experience in customer service
  • Ability to focus, high attention to detail, and comfort sitting for prolonged periods using a computer and headset
  • 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills to multitask across multiple software applications
  • Problem-solving skills to understand caller needs and find effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently remotely, collaborating with coworkers and leaders

Language Skills:

  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset; fluency in both languages required for bilingual roles

Hours of Work:

  • Training: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm AT
  • Core hours are 8 am – 9 pm AT, Monday to Friday
  • Post-training evening shifts and biannual shift bidding based on seniority

Remote Office Requirements:

  • A private, secure, distraction-free workspace with a locked door
  • Reliable internet and a quiet environment during work hours
  • Secure workspace when away from the computer
