Job summary

Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Paid Services Beauty Advisor to provide personalized beauty consultations and perform makeup and skincare services. You will guide clients on their beauty journey, showcase product applications, and stay current with trends, while delivering exceptional service and handling bookings.

The role is full-time, hourly, with opportunities for bonus and benefits, and requires 1–3 years of retail experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform Beauty Services: Provide customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments. Ensure health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase makeup techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Keep up with latest trends, products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming environment and handle bookings and rebooking of services.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in events to drive customer engagement and store sales goals.
