Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.

• Experience delivering service in a high volume, fast paced environment via in-person, virtual tech and phone interactions.
• Experience using digital applications/databases to search for and record information.
• Experience in word processing/data entry and MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Process applications and payments following government guidelines.
