Job summary

Definity Financial Corporation in Waterloo, ON invites a Sustainability Integration Co-op/Intern to join our team this Winter 2027. You will support sustainability, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility), and community investment initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders on climate project deliverables and grant administration.

You’ll analyze data, engage employees, and promote inclusion initiatives while building relationships and delivering results in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Enrolled in relevant degree.
• Passion for sustainable, equitable world.
• Strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with Excel.
• Results oriented with PM skills and deadlines.
• Team player but able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability, IDEA, and community investment initiatives.
• Assist with climate project deliverables, grant administration and data analysis.
• Coordinate employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
• Identify social impact themes and trends from data.
