Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Interest in recruitment, campus programs, or employer branding.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools such as ATS platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across the organization.
• Create and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
• Post roles on external platforms and coordinate interview schedules.
• Coordinate calendars between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Initiate background check requests and track progress.
• Track recruitment metrics and dashboards; provide general TA support.
