Job summary

Definity Financial Corporation in Waterloo, ON, is seeking a Technology Business Administration - Winter 2027 Co-op/Intern to support the Resource Management team with resourcing and reporting tasks.

You will build weekly/monthly reports, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and support forecast activities while gaining real-work experience in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Hybrid work arrangement applies; term is 4 months (flexible to 8 months) with meaningful, real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel knowledge required: Able to use excel functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, etc.
• Detail oriented, able to work quickly and accurately with data.
• Previous input and data analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of an IT environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on Cloud consumption, resource chargebacks, capitalization of labour, and training.
• Complete onboarding/offboarding tasks for internal and external employees.
• Participate in quarterly financial forecasting and plan creation activities.
• Update, track, and report resource information and generate Clarity extracts.
